Fees, Cancellation, and Refunds

Purpose
This
policy serves to explain how fees, cancellations, and refunds will be handled
by Anytime Certification.
Scope
This Policy document encompasses all aspects of fees, cancellations, and refunds.
1.
Fees
Each program has a set cost
which is the total amount which the customer will be required to pay in order
to complete the program. There will be no additional fees incurred with any
purchase.
2.
Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel
their purchase at any time before the program is complete and request to
receive a full refund. Cancellation requests may be done by phone by calling
the Anytime Certification phone line or by emailing info@anytimecertification.com.
3. Refunds
If a customer is not
completely satisfied with the purchase for any reason, they may return it for a
full refund, store credit, or an exchange for up to 90 days provided they did
not complete the program. Refund requests may be done by phone by calling the
Anytime Certification phone line or by emailing info@anytimecertification.com.
